Can anyone point me in the right direction of troubleshooting/remove/replace this part? I also need the correct part number.

I tried searching this site first with no luck so apologies if I just didn’t find it ... also point me there!

I’m not afraid of tackling a job but don’t have a steering wheel puller. If that’s necessary please tell me.

Does anyone have links to get a service manual for my Chevy chassis that has an American Clipper motorhome Body??? I would like to know how to fix things or at least understand what’s involved.

Thanks!!

Hi Deb, A warm West Texas welcome to the site! Your beloved Peal is indeed a Gem. Clipper is a nice unit. Good Job!

On manuals, This is a link to the Factory service manual. Ebay has them too, maybe for less, but a book from 1978 would be a treasure to find on there. It looks like there is an Electrical manual available as well.

I'm not familiar with the T S switch removal, but an Auto parts store may have a puller to lend. It's easy to do. I got one from Harbor Freight.

Good Hunting Enjoy your Van and Good Wrenching too!
