My daughter bought a 77 Dodge Tradesman200 recently
She's super stoked on it, both as her Surf/Moto Van, and as a fun project (She has been taking auto and welding classes)
I think its a good start, looks badass and the stance is dead on. Looking forward to some fun!
The Good:
360 motor seems ok, 10 spoke ARE Vectors, The body panels seem pretty good. Double front sunroof in decent condition.
Swivel / Tilt / Slide front seat bases exist, but rusted to hell, should be able to get em cleaned up and working.
We were able to grab all doors cept drivers (which is fine) from local scrapyard which are in much better condition (and the cargo barn doors are no window), along with hood letters, a pair of Tradesman100 logos, a single 200 logo, and a bunch of other missing knicknacks.
Interior paint is in pretty good shape
The Bad:
Completely stripped, some roof cancer, rear windows and rear sunroof are big gaping holes, broken windshield.
100 bazillion screw holes in the floor and wheelwells from long gone rotted carpet (thanks speed freek, lol)
the One Shot paintjob did not have good if any prepwork, and is either flaking off, or you can wipe it off with a towel.
First things First, gotta weld in panels to close off those rear window and rear sunroof holes.
Anyway, HI!
Glad to be here, this place seems pretty cool.
Hopefully my daughter will join up soon, we will have a bunch of questions.
L8TR!
