Hello, I have a 1994 g20, the high beams and fog lights work fine but both of the low beam headlights do not work and nor do they have power going to them, I tested with a multimeter while they were on. Could it be a bad relay? And if so where is that located at so I could the good ol shake test and or replace it. I just received this van I am not too experienced with the electronics side of it.

I think a 1994 the switch is on the steering column. Older vans had the high beam switch on the floor.

Alright thank you, does anyone know by chance if the 94 has a choke? There is a sliding knob that pulls in and out but I'm not sure what it is, it's not my brake release either.

A '94 is fuel injected and has no choke.
If this "knob" is down by the parking brake it is most likely the floor vent for outside air.
