Is anybody running an aftermarket floor shifter?? Which one,pros/cons, where did ya mount it??

I have the B&M light truck megashifter mounted next to the driver seat.
I love it. just have to make sure you don't mount it too far forward or you won't be able to get the doghouse off.
it was real easy to install also.
