It's a set of strip lights I sourced through my job. They are generic LED strips that gets used on pontoon interiors.

Definitely made it interesting to do the bends! Took several hours, but I did get it done. And behind the access plate is the battery charger: It was getting late, so I didn't get to finish this, but here is the cardboard pattern for the lower panel. It will be easily removable to access the battery behind. Hoping to get that part done tonight.

I especially like the super crafty extra Gas door feature you installed on the passenger side for your shore power! | | | Re: Tuner4life's 1985 Chevy G20 4 Speed Build Thread | Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 2,290 Likes: 137 veteran | veteran Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 2,290 Likes: 137 | I'm really diggin' the charger access plate setup. Cool stuff! | | | Re: Tuner4life's 1985 Chevy G20 4 Speed Build Thread | Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 1,015 Likes: 19 old hand | OP old hand Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 1,015 Likes: 19 | Thanks guys. I didn't get quite as much done last night as I wanted to, but here is the current status of the right side. The bottom rear section comes out to access the battery and wiring in that corner. The piece that goes over the fender is mounted solid and I managed to do it without putting any holes in the wheel-well. It is attached at the wall, but rests on rubber bumpers. It is strong enough to set on. Not sure exactly how I'm going to do the front section yet. I'll work on that tonight, as well as the left side which should be much simpler to make. | | | Re: Tuner4life's 1985 Chevy G20 4 Speed Build Thread | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 32,696 Likes: 172 Old Timer | Old Timer Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 32,696 Likes: 172 | Awesome work your doing there.

Another day another piece of the puzzle... Also a pair of these showed up yesterday. As soon as I finish up the rear boxes, the wiring shall commence.. | | |
