This IS a propper van! :))
IMO new vehicles lack of soul and carisma, that's why I got an old van and gonna throw as much money into mine as a brand spanking new would cost to buy. And from pics looks like yours wouldn't need that much work. Milage is awesome, no rust, good shape. I'd keep it without a second doubt!

If it's broken- I'll fix it! If it's not- I'll break it to figure it out how it works so I can fix it.

ok I need your wisdom --- I don't think I have the ability or the vision to make my dream van out of my find.. So I am going to sell it - give your honest opinion of value. I really just don't know...

What a sweet van. Value wise it probably depends on who is buying and where you are. Nice vans can be had for a bargain sometimes and other days people want 30k for a hooptie with a camper conversion inside. I think somewhere around 15k would be probably be a good start since it has so few miles on it. Also matters to some that its a stick and a six. Id rather have a stick and a six like my current van than an auto but that might discourage some or make a few go crazy for it. If you think vans are cool and are willing to customize and enjoy as you see fit than there is probably no better ride out there for you. I will say compared to other project cars, vans take a ton of time but are a blast and unique.
