The simplest thing can sometimes constitute a body change/modification. If you say fill in your body seams, that is a modification. At least in my understanding anyway. Sometimes a mod can be overlooked. If you want to be recognized for the mod, by all means ask the ones doing the classification. We are not perfect and sometimes can miss something. This is the best guide to go by:
Street Custom 0 Changes

Mild Custom 1-6 Changes

Full Custom 7 Changes

Let's not forget full blown radical:

Radical is Chopped, Channeled,
Sectioned, Shortened or lengthened
not including tandem

The guides in the links are the best to go by. Again if you are not sure about a body mod, ask. It never hurts to do so.

Do both on like visor listed as a change or has to be molded into body
