The short answer is yes, but it will most likely need a little tampering. I've had ford and Chevy seats in my dodge before and the best way to get em in is to-
1. Unbolt the original seat from the pedestal.
2. Measure the studs on the bottom of the replacement seat.
3.Drill that pattern into the old seat pedestals.
4 Mount new seats and enjoy.
This allows you to keep the sliding mechanism, seat belt mounting and all that stuff while just switching the seat itself. This is the best way to do it in my opinion. You may find an adapter online but there are many different seat patterns out there and they switch around a bit year to year.
