Vannin' Home Forums Chevy How to.... GMC G3500 bolt pattern change over

Ok bought a GMC G3500 1 ton van with 8 bolt wheels going to change it down to 5 bolt setup and bring the van down a bit in height...
Rear end is no problem just swap out the G3500 for a G2500 rear...but any idea what I'm getting into in the front end?
I was told I have to change the lower and upper control arms, spindles and rotors (rotors are a given)

Yep the G30 upper N lower a arms are different than a g20 g10.
