Is it only the drivers side rear wheel that has a parking brake? Or is it missing one for the right side?

Trying to troubleshoot issues. Parking brake pedal goes to the floor, applying the brake makes it hard to turn with your hand but not even close to being enough to hold the vehicle on a hill
Thanks

The cable runs to both rear .... the adjustment is in the rear driver side right by the wheel... run that nut up another 3 turns. if it runs out of adj some thing else is wrong

Sounds like you may be missing some hardware.

hmmm sure looks like it was never meant to have both sides. But if you've never seen a Chevy Van with only one I guess its not right then. bummer

I have a '93, a '94 and a '95 and they all have both rear cables. Parts books will have the parts listed.
Lister, I wonder if a PO could have changed the cables for some reason. You are in Arkansas after all .......

Just kiddin', just kiddin' laugh

What would happen if you stomped on the ebrake N only one side locked up.... your in a ditch. Both rear tires have to lock up together to keep the van str.

Your def missing some parts or its hidden lol
