It is a spray on latex composite material. There is a sound deadening formula and a ceramic thermal product. http://www.lizardskin.com/It's not cheap to do a full van. But the product is supposed to be nothing short of miraculous. I plan to apply it to my van in sections. How ever much a 2 gallon bucket will go. it will be easier for my wallet to absorb the hit and I can evaluate how well the product works as I do each section of the van.

Currently planning on doing both the sound and the ceramic coatings in my van when the time comes. It will be much cheaper, lighter, and easier then standard heavy insulating materials. And I've had a hard time finding any bad reviews on the stuff. | | | Re: Looking for interior heat & soundproofing. | Joined: Nov 2018 Posts: 2 stranger | stranger Joined: Nov 2018 Posts: 2 | Any update on your lizard skin install? | | | Re: Looking for interior heat & soundproofing. | Joined: Oct 2019 Posts: 19 Likes: 1 stranger | stranger Joined: Oct 2019 Posts: 19 Likes: 1 | Hi,
I know this is an older thread but I wanted to know if Lizard Skin is still the product of choice for the insulating task?
Thanks, Eden

What’s your goal with the van? How do you see using it?
