Movement seems to be in the pins in the lower hinge. The hinges and bolts seem solid. Is the pins one piece installed from the top of the lower hinge area?? Thanks again for all the help again.

The pins are a press fit ..... then the bushings are pressed into the hinge ... the door will have to be removed to achieve this.

They make a hinge press ... I had mine done for me, cause he had it.

Other wise your pounding on your van to get the pins out ...
