What rear ended would you pair that with. I have an 82 g20 Swb. I won’t wver tow much weight but driving in the mountains is definitely in my future. I have a jegs 350 w/mild cam in the van now , not sure about the transmission yet as I just bought it . It’s geared in 3.73 . Thanks for any input

I’m not sure yet, it’s a 4 speed automatic . I’ll find out soon.

I'd look into getting a crate engine|motor either from GMC|Chevrolet, or, BLUEPRINT.

You'll find that BLUEPRINT Engines offer a lot of good options and good competitive

prices, and, an incredible warranty.

Check out BLUEPRINT Engines on "Engine Masters" TV program.

those gears are about optimal for a 350 and a 4 speed automatic. Just build the top end to your liking and go.
