i know its not the tranny lock valve and the van doesnt have a/c?

It looks to be the torque converter lockup vacuum switch, it should have a vacuum hose attached

found out its the advanced spark ignition control..im guessing was used when they had the older 305 in it. now its has a 350 with a 4 barrel on it.
