Didn’t know if any of you ran into this issue but I came up with a easy solution. Soft caster wheel brings the door out far enough to not rub tire. I would post a picture if I knew how lol

They used to make slider door extender arms for all makes. They are hard to find these days, so the easy solution is to cut and extend your current one, or take two and splice them to make a longer one.

The one I have and posted a pic of is for a Chevy. They're actually pretty common on conversion vans.

People sell them for big money on eBay but I got mine for six bucks at my local Pick Your Part.

Well I just found a extender for you, its on this "Good Times" van that I went to look at.

Lots of good parts on this one ! Good bumpers, tail light covers, chrome wing windows, good doors all of them, even the tires have beauty trim rings.

There isnt a scrach on this van !
