I just picked up a 1995 G20 Gladiator that needs a lot of help but looks perfectly salvagable. I found out that Gladiator Customs went OoB a while ago, and contacted a few companies that appeared to have picked up the leftovers, asking about manuals. No luck.Is there a place to find the conversion manuals anywhere online (was there even one included)? There are so many custom switches, knobs and such, and wires the (nifty) custom fuse box I don't know where to start.

I also noticed what appears to be a legitimate drain tube about 2/3 of the way back, on the left side near the rear heater hoses...it drains coolant when the thing runs (ack!). I first guessed the rear heater core, but wanted to ask before I started tearing into it...

Thanks in advance.

Send our brother member Gladiator a PM:

And search his "Readers Rides" posts.
He's currently reviving a very clean example and has done quite a bit of research......

Welcome Copasetic, they did come with a Gladiator owner's manual, I've archived it here:
Gladiator Owner's Manual

http://cpcparts.com (Parkin Accessories) Is the company that currently owns all the remaining Gladiator/Glaval parts.

Take off the black plastic cover with a G on it, on the driver side of the 3rd row, it's held on with 4 screws and take a peek at the rear air unit for any leaks.

In the mean time, you should be able to stop it from leaking in the back by only using the heater in vent mode instead of heat mode. Vent mode shuts off flow to the back heater, but you can still have heat up front.
