Is anyone running an after market differential cover on their van, Like G2, and do you have a temperature sensor with a gauge? Also what should a rear end temperature actually be running at? I had a G2 Diff cover on my old van, and was going to do the same to this one, but thought it would be better to actually know what is going on back there.

I was thinking about getting this gauge and sensor, https://www.glowshiftdirect.com/black-7-color-differential-temperature-gauge/

Any input or advise would be appreciated.

Take Care,
Kevin

I can't advise on the diff temps but I can tell you that in my experience in the aftermarket world the Glowshift gauges aren't terribly reliable.

I used a glowshift gauge once. It didn't work at all. I will says that Gloshift does have some good gauge mounting options. But their gauges are bad.

Windows- they're what make a van worth owning!

I'd never seen a diff. temp gauge before.

Can't help you with target temps either. Sorry.

I have a Mag-Hytec on my Suburban.

Mag-Hytec

Would like one for the van, but am not going spend that kind of money until I know what I'm doing for sway bars.
