I might be doing a straight trade soon for a standard wheelbase '90 Dodge B250. It isn't screaming for a respray, but the roof has lots of surface rust spots. It's some kind of gray color now, pretty dull and kind of flat/satin.

I was thinking of getting it repainted flat gray, the same shade or close, and having the lower trim line sprayed flat black. (Maybe throw on some black wheels or just plasti-dip the stock wheels if the rubber is still good.)

Uh oh better get MAACO or shop around? I know MAACO always has sales and they'll do it cheap. What do you think a job like this would run, keep in mind we have you-live-in-California-stupid prices here....

My current G20 had some roof rust and crud, maybe not as much as pic. I had the roof sand blasted by an outfit that does this for industrial fixtures, commercial projects, etc. They then sprayed it with some protective coating type paint. Cost around $300 a few years ago.
