The film looks burnt around a couple of the bulbs, and the temperature gauge doesn't work. Has anyone ever repaired or replaced this printed circuit?
I guess if I knew what each conductor in the plug on the gauge harness was for, I could rewire everything using actual wire.

It's doable, but it'd be a serious pain. check the nuts on the studs at the back of the temp gage to be sure they're snug. you can run a meter across the gage itself and check for continuity. the temp gage is replaceable I think. as for the lamp sockets, it may be better to just remove all the gages from the cluster and replace the housing with the printed circuit on the back. or change the whole thing out if you can find one, swapping your speedo/odo gage in the process so you don't have the whole iffy mileage thing to worry about.... | | | Re: 1976 Chevy G10 Gauges - no temp, lights are poor | Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 68 journeyman | OP journeyman Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 68 | I ended up discarding the stock stuff and fitting aftermarket gauges in the opening.
