It's an alignment issue, plain and simple. If the alignment shop wouldn't even bother with camber, it makes me wonder what else they wouldn't bother with. I would have it aligned at a different (read: better) alignment shop.

Also, if you changed the camber after the alignment, then you have also inadvertently changed the toe setting. Get the alignment re-done properly and see if that doesn't do the trick.
