Hi thats a nice looking van Is it driver side drop or passenger side How difficult is it to fab the motor mount

It has cehevy axles in it out of a 1 ton pickup.you can save yourself a big headache and go to BOULDEROFFROADVANS.COM AND THAY SELL A COMPLETE KIT TO CONVERT A CHEVY VAN UP TO 1995 FOR LIKE $2699. you will need a transfercase mount,you can probably use one off the donor vehicle you get the axles ,trans and transfercase from !

I had my brother who's a machinist make me mounts after trail and error and finding out what works best.chevy pickups work the best like from77-late 80's.and make sure you get a x-over steering kit and extended stainless brake hoses,makes it easier.

If you buy the kit and find a donor vehicle your still lookin at between 6-9k .if you can't weld your gonna have to find a good welder as the front spring x-member and the rear spring hangers are critical and have to be welded in !!!!
