Where they added another fuse panel for the RV portion of the motorhome is unknown to me. Flasher relays are under the glove box part that lifts out. Depending on the RV style you have. I have seen fuse boxes behind the drivers seat and also in a compartment built into the steps of the side doors. Good luck.
