Best way to lift a G20?!?!

I am just looking for the best way to lift the front of my 79 G20. There has to be a Spindle to lift it the right way. someone please help. I am not looking to do coil spacers or 1 ton coils, i want it done the right way with spindles.

Since we use C10 truck spindles to lower our vans, I suppose we'd use truck spindles to lift them too.
I mean... Provided they make those.
I wish I had more to offer, but that's all I got.
