I know there are a lot of all black shorties out there (online), but that's what I wanted. Out on the street I suspect I'll never run across another one.

It looks to me like the design of the frame is a C channel that is open at the top. Then there was a flat plate attached to cover the open top of the frame. I think battery acid ate away the plate across the top. Has anyone seen this before? Is this anything to worry about? How is it fixed?
