From pannel van to passenger/camper van. So I bought 2 new t-slider windows for the rear 1/4s form C.R. Laurence. I orders them as a 30" x 30". They're about an inch smaller for the cut-out. So I measured 1 window and did a 29" x 29" cutout on the van. Some trimming and a great fit. So I did the exact same cutout on the passenger side. I was so very excited 'till I test fitted the window. Why is the hole too big!? The passenger side window is a 29" x 28" An inch shorter top to bottom. Now the flasing or rim of the window when sitting in the new hole bearly reaches the top of the hole. That window is no longer from C.R. Laurence. Other place only sell passenger as a 29" x 28".
What if I buy another driver side and install on the passenger side?? Now I'm in a bind. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Have you priced out getting a bodywork person to weld in a strip of metal and resizing the hole?

Thanks, Reed. That might be my best bet. Too bad it's Sunday and no body shops around here are open. I can at least install the driver side today and drive to a few body shops around here tomorrow. Thanks again bro.

The sliding panes are usually reversed from one side to the other. The slider is always at the rear of the window. If you install another drivers side on the passenger side the slide at the front may allow rain water to come in while driving in a storm.

Don't ask how I know.......

Good luck! Hopefully you still have the piece of metal you cut out.
