The Outcast 1983 Ford club wagon w/302 and auto OD

It's bittersweet but Bigfoot Paul's van "The Outcast" is now at her new home. Wyatt is stoked that Paul thought so much of him to leave him his van when he passed. Wyatt and I had a nice smooth ride from Ocala back to Lake City. We took it easy truckin the back roads .The Outcast ran great. We made a pit stop in High Springs for some photos.

Wyatt with his van.

Actually 4.5 lol
The Ford hightop has a bad motor. It's just a parts van parked out back. I was giving away as much as I could to other vanners. Now that we got another 3rd gen Ford I will have hold on to some stuff .

Wow, that's just awesome. Very nice of Paul, nice for the van that it knew where it was going, and nice for this young man to get his first (?) van.

What a great thing to do! Paul had some rough times but he had held on to his van, sometimes against all odds.
Knowing how Paul felt about the Outkast, I know it gave him some comfort to know it would go on vanning.

Now Wyatt can make it his van. He's got some time before driving age. (well,,,,highway driving age angel)

A turn of the page onto another chapter of the story.

A daunting knowledge is learned from the passing of a Loved One. It is good that Paul has a Family in yours Luke n Leslie, that you were there for him.

There is no other way through the difficult task you faced but forward. It is certain that the leadership displayed are lessons learned by your great kids.

Bittersweet, delivery complete, the Outcast is passed down to a new generation. A great Responsibility bestowed upon young Wyatt. Keeper of the Mighty 302

Van Onward. The Journey continues...

P.S. Paul called Shotgun!
