I believe that the tank setup would be the same between those two years. It's all fuel injection from 1988 up.
I have the big tanks in my 2 dodges, I'd say my '88 tank would fit. And the '94 B350 looks identical to that, even across the model year change into '94.

In fact, they puncture them to drain the fuel. Found a guy up in Murphy, TX who was parting out a '88 B350 but the tank was already gone. Can't seem to find anyone who does this plastic welding either.
