I have a SWR of about 1.5 I'm running a 3.5 ft fiberglass mirror mount anntenna. I had to take the cap off the top for adjustments. If I slide the cap back on it moves the wire and throws my SWR readings off. What do I do with the exposed end ? I read online I can put super glue over it. Does anyone know if that will work ? I tried the silicone and it really got out of wack. I taped it today at work and so far it seems it be holding right where I need it. Worked well for me.
