Hi, well its another long weekend this weekend in Oz. I think the company thats building my radiator for me started their long weekend last Monday, its still not ready..
Anyway while I have the rad, and the fan shroud, fan and other bits off I thought I`d replace the bearings in the jockey wheels (alt & a/c belt tensioners) I bought the bearings ok, but on checking I see the wheels seem to have been fitted with the bearings at the factory and are not replaceable. Have you found that? I had a look on ebay but cant find any listing for the wheels.
fortunately the bearings are fine and so I can refit the wheels,
We put three coats of primer on the van yesterday, tomorrow we will add a few more, wet flatting as we go, I`m taking my time with the prep so hopefully the end result will show.
cheers.

I personally have only seen belt tensioners come pre-assembled with the bearing already in the wheel.
