Looking to swap out my drums to disc set up! I am a junk yard junkie so I was wondering of any potential parts that can be exchanged from F series. I was wondering if I can replace F truck I beams and all from I beam arm out. I have not had a chance to measure or research if they use the same I beam bushing or not. Any help would be great!

the vans use a completely differnt set up of suspension than the f series, I dont think anything interchanges.
i am researching this for my 71 e300 and apparently the 1tons have interchangeable brakes with a later van but we are 8lug.

Yes you can swap in the truck beams from the same year to upgrade to discs as you have the same bolt pattern, but you will not find a truck as they've all been crushed.
