Take a look at the pic. I noticed a wet patch under the van. It is leaking from here the driveshaft goes in the transmission.

What's the leak and what is required to fix it?

Rear trans seal. Drop the driveshaft, pop out the old seal with a screwdriver and replace with a new seal.

I am assuming I will need to drain the tranny completely?

It should just be those 4 bolts in the picture?

Many thanks

DON'T take out the four bolts in the picture, take the driveshaft out to get to the seal. You don't have to drain all the transmission fluid. Its a pretty easy job, cheers https://www.youtube.com/results?q=removing+drive+shaft+to+replace+rear+transmission+seal

Offgrid2, if you haven't done it before, it might be worth wrapping the exposed surface of the yoke next to the seal with some cardboard, just in case you slip with your tool. You don't want to scratch that precision machined surface! You'd experience greatly accelerated wear of your new seal.
