The windshields are different sizes for theses 2 different applications. Expand your search to the older style gasket and see if they still make it or someone has one, take some measurements of the 2 different frames and see if they're the same. Just throwing some options your way.

I believe the body shop said it fit without any modifications to the frame. | | | Re: 1991 G20 Windshield Seal | Joined: May 2012 Posts: 251 enthusiast | enthusiast Joined: May 2012 Posts: 251 | Check out CatFish post on my thread about my winsheild when i was trying to get a seal.

To reinstall it put a piece of wire in the rubber channel all the way around and place the glass in the bottom of the frame work the windshield into place as best you can then start pulling on the wire to lip the rubber behind the metal lip and it will seat in place. Wipe the wire with WD 40. Ive done several windshields in my van in the 35 years I've owned it. My rubber is pretty soft from being in a garage most of it life so do whatever you can to make yours soft.

The grille may still be available through Stull as they are the same as some of the Chevy pickups. The grille can also be easily made out of round or square tubing. The headlight bezels are almost impossible to find new and you may also need the stainless style trim at the top and bottom of the grille opening.
You may need to change the panel behind the headlight depending on what lights your van currently has. Ours had round headlights originally and we had to weld in a panel from a square headlight van to make it work. | | | Re: 1991 G20 Windshield Seal | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 748 old hand | old hand Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 748 | http://www.gmoutletparts.com WEATHERSTRIP - 1991 Chevrolet G20 (15976686) Manufacturer: GM Part Number: 15976686 Part: WEATHERSTRIP Part Notes: W/MOLDING -866-702-4024 Mon & Thu 8am till 9pm Tue, Wed & Fri, 8am till 6pm List Price: $68.97 You Save: $6.90 (10% off) Sale Price: $62.07 MAYBE A LITTLE LATE OFF LINE FOR SOMETIME GOOD FOR OTHER PARTS ALSO
