Power sofa/bed is smooth and it has the extension, too. All the lights are good. A/C is cold(front and rear). Good tires. Even the spare looks good. He is wanting $4500. Will try to go $3200 and see what he says. Plus, the wife likes it better than the Econoline. (Must be the leather and TV, lol.)

Considering you can jump in it and drive it any where basically trouble free.
This was the last years for this body stye GM van.
Cobra was a decent conversion company.

But the prices will vary greatly between Dealers and Private sellers.
