Give the area a good hose-down, see if you can eliminate what's there... Then pump the brakes a few times, see where it's coming from..

It ma be a brake line leaking at a fitting. due to rust and not the valve.

What's the "hold-off valve"?
I see the connection for the light switch. It doesn't look like the leak is coming from here. The majority of the leaking is around where the hold-off valve is but right above this is a connection for the hose that goes over to the passenger side wheel so it's either coming from where this hose joins to the valve or from that hold-off valve somehow.

Don't worry, a special clip must be attached when pressure-bleeding is done (not pumping the brake pedal).

Do you live near the ocean?

Heh. No, I don't live near the ocean but I live in Michigan...probably just as bad for a vehicle. Pretty harsh winters and lotsa road-salt.
Well I lucked out and found a place called "Valley Vintage Auto Parts" online and they had one of these combination valves in stock for only $35 !
