I don't beleive the comments made here where to slam him they where meant to be funny. At least this van is moving and being USED so we can say SWEET or that it is or not our taste.I would tell this guy to his face (and if he knew Ivan's van) that it was "Ivan's van on crack" he would be proud.I know for a fact that some don't like the layout or the simplicity of my van. Do I care? No I drive it, not them. But it works for me. I like to see them all whether they have to much or not enough. This is where we get our Ideas. Who would like everyone to have a plain red van like mine? No one! We want to see murals to many stick ons and everything in between. Member Shenandoah Valley Vans Van = Party. Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 6,261 | Just because it is a VAN are the people we are tryin' to get to come VANNING in person, and not on the keyboard. If this person does not understand the humor of VANNERs and does manage to come by here, they would have no idea that you were being funny--especially if they do not know Ivan or his VAN!
I have seen more than my share of all kinds of other vehicles on this site lately and I don't think that is proper either, in my humble opinion...but I guess we all have our own way of sincerely pushing the VANNING movement--I was trying to make a point about how we treat others and how it may look to those that are just peeking around here deciding if it is for them or not! I would rather have a discussion about how long it took them to put all those things on there or how the decision was made to do it--not to belittle the VAN or the owner for doing it.
I just want to be able and be proud of the things we say and do within the limits of this site and I truly don't believe that the beginning of this thread showed our best VANNER attitude for new people just checking it out. And, once you get to know them, or if you do it is a different story-
--By the way--we have gone from a VAN with cowspots on it to a VAN with nothing. Plain white tee so to speak, it works for Steve more than me, but we still love our VAN and most others we see in the world too.

A lesson for us all. There are MOSTLY regulars here weather they go to runs or not.I guess I aimed my comment at the regulars that have been to some runs and I see that have posted on this thread. Sorry for feathers that I may have ruffled. And Suzie I hope to meat you in person at a run.(And if I have and don't know who you are off this site-sorry). Luv PEACE and happy-ness That is what we all boil down to right? Member Shenandoah Valley Vans Van = Party. Party + cool people = Vannin'. Lets go Vannin'!
