I have an opprotunity to switch out my non window back door for two windowed ones (same color match too, yeah).....anyway, the van that i am trading them out for is a 1975 dodge...mine is a 77....they should match up fine, right?

If they do, do you just pop the pins and remove the doors like a domestic door?

Yes, the doors from the 75 will fit just fine.

No..no popping of pins since they are pressed in. You'll need to unbolt the hinges from the door frame.

lots of fun today swapping out the doors with another vanner. He was excited to get no windows for his 75....i almost got some seats out of it too, those vinyl half wedges.

The pins can be hammered out, but that would defeat the paint matching. If you take the hinges with the doors, or just remove the doors from the other hinges, aligning can be a bit of a pain, but some patience and a friend and you can get em lined up and working fine smile.

Yup.

When I put the new side doors on my 85, I actually ran out of adjustment and had to 'oval' the mounting holes out a bit to get the gaps right. Definitely took patience, something I don't have much of! lol

I got these Sunday to put on my '74. The hinges unbolted from the van body pretty easily 4 half inchers ea door I think. I took hinges and all but have not installed yet. DThis donor is an '89. Should be a straight bolt in right?

I liked the swing out glass on the bigger top hinge + inside door handle and lock button. Rubber is very good - made the decision easy.
