Actually it`s normally raining or freezing here, but on the rare occasion that the planets align the sun comes out! I have a 1969 Dodge A108 Custom Sportsman with the 318 auto and power steering! It`s light blue with a white middle section and Cragar SS wheels, and an LPG conversion, apart from that fairly standard. I`ve only owned it 8 months or so, and haven`t really driven it much as it`s spent most of it`s time being fixed. And yet again i have more issues which i`ll ask about in the relevant forum. But it`s great to find a site like this that can hopefully help, and that caters for what is over in the UK a fairly rare beast. Thanks in advance.

( I'm in Texas) I am sure you will find the chaps on this site very helpful. They have been to me. Post some photos when you can. I've been considering a conversion to LPG or Propane myself for the future.

I've got an A-108 also. Haven't driven mine much lately either, although not from being fixed. Still salt on the roads here, lots of high windy days, and gas is going sky high. It turns some heads though when it's out, even when parked. | | | Re: Hello from sunny England! | Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 12,847 Maniac | Maniac Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 12,847 | Welcome ..... I`ll check that UK site out, cheers shaggy. As for the word 'bollocks', here`s a great site to help you out (scroll down to see the bollocks!) But i remember on a forum once someone trying to explain the varied meanings of bollocks to someone from the US, it ended with them getting frustrated and just saying 'oh bollocks to it!' I think your first thoughts when seeing the site should be 'blimey that aint arf good innit!' http://www.effingpot.com/slang.shtml | | |
