Read around on the sight and not too many pictures of rust treatment "getto fix on a budget". Hope this is helpful for all those guessing on a quick fix. Alotta grinding, and dura-glass will get me through the summer.

ground the hell out of it, brushed on durl-etch two part acid to stop and kill all the rust, rust primer, then top coat, the screwed a stainless sheet over the hole, and dura-glassed (like bondo, but with a fiberglass base) around that, life caulked the leaky windsheild that caused it befor I bought it, and primed and coated over the edges of the dura-glass. I think it will buy me a few years...

From your pictures I can tell you did a great job on the floor,man I wish I'd been able to get this kind of info years ago, I've had a few rusty vans over the years.

looks good, tip: check the high top for leaks, thats what leaked and rusted out my dads 89 ford, also I like your black mirrors

looks like you're re-doing the interior, i like to watch these threads on interiors (cool to see the different ideas). rust sucks, hope you got it licked. i didn't have any holes on the floor but did around the roof and used por15 on it. i didn't take pics so i'm glad you did with your fix's. keep us updated on the build. good luck.
