It'll be attached from the rear before the glove box goes back in. Boot, I could use that Factory Radio piece, if its For Sale.

I'm going down next week to look at the color chips...he says he has a real nice bright argent silver sparkle I might like or chrome , will see ..... I've seen a couple bumpers powdercoated with the chrome, they looked good, from 20 ft you couldn't tell the difference. I'm not sure how it would look with all the texture between the fins tho'.

Maybe a light polish.
I remember my stock Rally wheels the center caps were argent silver and the rims were Plum Crazy and it looked great!!
So if you do powder coat maybe make the fins argent silver and in between the body or complimenting color to the base color.
Again I think a light polish and they will be great. Wouldn't hurt to try!! Just my two cents!!
