Hope to put the van in primer by the end of the month and then shoot the color and then put the interior in. | | | Re: My new 77 Dodge project!!!! | Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,266 Likes: 43 old hand | old hand Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,266 Likes: 43 | Wowwww! Great work so far! | | | Re: My new 77 Dodge project!!!! | Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 6,258 Likes: 164 Master Metal Sculptor | OP Master Metal Sculptor Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 6,258 Likes: 164 | This project has taken a back seat while I was chopping my 72. Finally getting back on this one. I am determined to have it in paint by the end of September. I removed the grill, markers, side lights etc and have been sanding the last 3 nights. Plan on spraying the sealer primer this weekend....then more sanding.....then spray the high build primer.....then more sanding.....then sealer.....more sanding.....and if all goes well I will be spraying the base coat/clear coat around the second or third week of September. Been waiting for this step for a LONG time! IMG-6541 by Lee Hatfield, on Flickr IMG-6542 by Lee Hatfield, on Flickr IMG-6543 by Lee Hatfield, on Flickr | 1 member likes this:
