I know all of this is still in the plannig stages.
I was looking at this A100 picture.

I could not help but notice the angles of the top line.
they tilt in on the sides as well as across the front.
the little point going on at the nose will have to be worked as well as a top door hinge.
I know there are answers to all of the probelms I pointed out
After looking at all of this it might just be easier to take the tree inches out of the center of the belt line and deal with a head lights change.......
That could be as sinple as losing the huge pie pan stock head light trim and "frenching" the stock headlights.....
This also would not change the angle of your a pillar.......

I guess easier should not even be considered when you are going radical custom..........LOL

haha It's really not that big of a deal. The A-pillar is already going to move because of the chop. I'd just have to put a slice in the nose section to pull it in. I think doing it in the rounded area would be a major hassle to make the curve uniform again. I'm planning on getting rid of the pie plates, just not sure exactly how yet.

Rather than pull the a-pillar, section the roof. If it's already getting cramped it'll save an inch or two on each side. I've done them both ways and it's a much bigger pain to add metal to the roof, but it looks nicer.

Ken, one of the photochops had the side window post leaned forward. I thought that looked better..... just IMO.

Oh no! I'm definitely leaving the roof in one piece. That was the whole look I was going for. Building my own version of Bad Cut!

I noticed that. It was kinda cool, but if I'm going to have to lay back to drive it, I'm gonna need as much of that window as I can get, just to see.

Yeah man! Already talked with my glass guy. There will be some special window ideas for sure.
