Bet it was filmed on an old 8mm camera. Halter tops were awesome and tube tops too | | | Re: Future Shock, let the restoration begin. | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 21,211 Likes: 25 Supreme Master | Supreme Master Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 21,211 Likes: 25 | Tube tops are fun when they come off.

The reason for the bad vid now is that it had copied so many times! I had a good copy for years, but believe I let someone "Borrow" it and never got it back? I think it may be in Florida now? We need to track the original down and get it to DVD format!! B.W.

I contacted the production company CineCraft in Ohio. I spoke to a Gentleman named Neil there and here is what he said: Doug, We do have that film in the basement, but sorry to say, not in any format that could be easily distributed. It is a 35MM and 16MM film, not DVD or VHS. The step to go from the 16mm Master to DVD would be rather expensive. (In the $1,000 neighborhood. And even at that cost there is no certainty that the color has not faded on the 16MM printing masters that I have. Have you contacted BFGoodrich to see if they have anything in their archives? Maybe they could ask them if they’d fund the “transfer and restoration” of the old print. I haven’t been in touch with BFG in decades, (since Michelin bought them). But it might be worth a try. If you’d tried that route already and had a contact you reached that might be a place to start. Let me know
I do have contact info if anyone wants to pursue this as it's way outta my budget at this time. Pokin'
