I'd go for the weights before grinding that arm while you already have the wheels off. Dyna Beads work great too if you've never tried them. I use them on my Harley and have used them on my 2000 Jeep XJ with 31x10.50-15 BFG Mud Terrains. They worked amazing on that too.

This is good to know... For now I just had them rebalanced using low profile lead weights on the outer edge of the wheel. It comes close at full lock but doesn't rub so I think I'm good. We'll see if that changes after an alignment.
