Since I got the van out this Spring, I am having an intermittent thumping on the Passenger side wheel-brake area. I can start out driving for a few miles, no thumping, after applying the brakes the thumping will start, and even after taking my foot off the brake pedal the thumping will continue while driving. The van may set a week and the same thing, no noises when starting out, but after the brakes are used, the thumping starts. I am thinking the brake hose is collapsing inside, I know the Dodge's were noted for that problem, nothing visible from outside, or could the caliper be hanging up. Anytime I have had a caliper stick on a vehicle, it stayed that way. I might add the front brake hoses are 20 years old but still look in great shape from the outside.
