Cam/valve springs would be my first upgrade. It’s a roller motor so you should get good power gains. Also it should have 302 heads which have smog ports meaning if you run headers, you’ll need to tap and plug those ports unless you run regular stock headers. Both of those things would be best done while out of the van as well.
