Hola, Howdy, Hi, and all that.
Just found this site, have no idea how I have not stumbled upon it before. Am on my second van, an '83 Chevy G20, have only had her a few weeks. Bought her with the intention of making her a camping van for trips. But man, some of these tricked out ones I've seen on here.. *whistle*
Previous was a '96 Ford E150, took her traveling some states, was okay, sold her last year and missed it terribly. Found my current one for cheap, running great and has that retro look to her, I'm in love. I would give out specs, but I'm not all mechanically inclined.
I grew up in a van, a '79 Plymouth. Parents took us girls everywhere in that thing. I believe dad got 300k out of her before selling it near 20 years later, she was still trucking down the road.
Anyway, it's nice to meet y'all!
Looks like I'll have new reading material for a long while.
