Bossie, I made the hinges and they are welded to the door. I tried 4-5 different hinges that would have bolted on but could never get any of them to work right. Saw a set on another van similar to the ones I made and another vanner near me had also made a set similar for a side door and helped me out. I am still tweaking them as I am lining everything up.
