For starters some Chrome wheels and wider tires, a sunvisor, air dam, Hood scoop, looking into an earlier model dual headlight set up (85-ish?), with tube grille. I doubt I will keep the rear door tire holder if I can figure a way to avoid putting the spare inside. I'm not sure about the ladder and roof rack, but leaning towards removing them for a cleaner look. Looking into possibilities for different tail light set up. Always loved the Tbirds and Cougars with their sequential turn signals, trying to find some way to incorporate that into the rear lights. Headed to the local Pick N Pull this weekend for ideas. Another possibility is a 70's GM bumper with the tail lights built in. Saw one on a van several years ago, a cool look! Haven't totally made up my mind on the tail light stuff. The rest of the outside plans are set in stone. Just gotta find the right pieces, for the look I have in mind. Then a 2 stage clear coat repaint the blue with lighter blue fogged in panel design. As for the inside...redo the interior with Denim, with lots of pockets all over. Use some new denim and some old jeans combined for a theme, denim cutains. As for the seats, they will get covered in naugahyde with demnim inserts (a concept inspired by the Coke Denim Machine of the 70's). The dash will see some wood trim to match the wood trim in the rest of the inside. I want T-shaped over head console for the stereo and CB, along with some switches, GPS, radar detector, etc. Where the stereo normally goes, will be the place for more guages (trans temp, vacuum, etc). For the drive train, a cold air kit, a separate trans cooler, shift kit, researching if I can switch to an overdrive trans for the 3.9 V6. I don't know why Dodge didn't on these. V8's got an AOD. I'm still researching the exhaust system possibilites, probaly keep it quiet but less restrictive. Never got into the sound of duals on V6's. Now if this had been a V8, duals or side pipes would be part of the build. ( looked for a V8 van, This one I got was the best condition and best deal I found after months of looking, could always swap in a V8 later). Now to get some more pics loaded....

I dont know for sure, but i believe the bellhousing is the same from the 3.9 to the 318/360, so i dont know why an od trans wouldnt go behind it, look for a late 80's non computer controlled one maybe? Im sure someone with more experience can comment.
