Don't have a front license plate either. Got stopped by a Mo. Trooper couple years ago for it. Had me in the front seat for about 20 minutes checking my paper work. Asked a lot of questions about where I been and where I'm going. I was on my way home from Spring Fever. Said it wasn'worth writing a ticket and said he thought I should get my tag back on. I got a KEEP. ON TRUCK IN plate. That's what's still on it. First time I got stopped for that since 1979.

With six volt systems blue dots made dim tailights much more visible. Blue Dots can still be seen at car shows on street rods. If you are considering a set of Blue Dots try to find the glass dots, as time evolved plastic dots has come on the market, plastic dots do not work or magnify the light like the glass dots do. | | | Re: What's that thing on my tailight ? | Joined: May 2007 Posts: 9,854 Likes: 8 Festerus Vannimus | Festerus Vannimus Joined: May 2007 Posts: 9,854 Likes: 8 | MOST cops will not mess with you over these, but know they are technically illegal in a lot of states, so might be worth having two sets of tail lenses, one with and one with out the blue-dots, always in the van. I have seen some cops who, if you can swap them out right there, will just give you a verbal warning. . . just a thought.
