Hey all ,,well I just got a back up cam and was wondering if anyone had one these mounted in their van..it's the cheapy one from autozone ..as my rear view mirror is not mounted anymore, I wanna mount it in that area ..oh and I do have a overhead console...lookin for some ideas ,maybe pics?? thanks.. crazy

Cam monitor - my GPS is eventually going to be placed permanently next to it.

...Yea I like where that monitor is mounted...I have GPS mounted on the dash,no room for it dwn their..how ever I was thinkin of putin the cam on where the third brake light is ...since i have my own third brake light system dwn by the plate, with leds..[Linked Image]

I had suggested mounting it up high for a better perspective, but Cherry didn't want any more holes in the fiberglass roof, so mounted it to the plate mount on the spare tire cover.

No more holes in the fiberglass - we just got the leaks to stop! smile

yea,, my third light stopped working a while back ,so I'M gonna black out the lens and run pwr to it from my on board vacuum in the back..I want it on all the time ,so it'll dbl as my rear view also..

Still working on that - may be a collapsing lower radiator hose. A new hose is on order.

If I remember right the lower hose on the radiator in my motorhome (class C on a 77 Ford chassis w/460 V8) has a spring in it to keep it from collapsing.

When you take the old hose off look and see if the spring is in there. If it is damaged or missing that might be part of your problem.
